I like this…but I think I should add, in regards to Costco bulk-buying, that buying bottles of water is something we can just skip. Period. You do something good for your wallet and the environment all at once!

I agree that women shouldn’t show up to the gym looking a mess, but some of this gear is a bit extreme. I don’t think I’d wear it to work out. I highly doubt that I’d take very seriously a woman running on the treadmill beside me while wearing a blouse (with a high-standing collar & a bow no less) & hot shorts. A trip to the grocery store? Definitely! Trying to lose that last 5-10 pounds? Not really. I don’t think sweat, target heart rate & couture belong in the same sentence. JMO.
